I know that I have not been doing Travelling Thursday that often, hopefully I can start back to doing it! I know that many of you like seeing the photos from the different places! Well, since I have been spending so much time in Zurich lately, here are a few pictures from my previous trips there (I finally found the CD, and the dates on the pictures are wrong - I think these were taken in 2003 or so):

FYI - The Church is Grossmünster and was built from the 11th to 13th century. The view from the towers is amazing! The choir loft contains stained-glass windows made in 1932 by Augusto Giacometti (nephew of Alberto Giacometti, the famous Swiss abstract.)
Thanks for the lovely photos.
ReplyDeletePretty pics.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are lovely. Is that a cathedral? Can you share the name?
ReplyDeleteWonderful places you've been, I'm also envious! =)
ReplyDeleteWow, gorgeous pictures!
ReplyDeleteI think I need to find a job overseas, just so I can be like you! And see everything you're able to see...Beautiful pics!
ReplyDeleteYes my Daughter you do get to visit/see beautiful cities and places and because of you being over seas we were able to also get a small tast of the many things you've seen and done. Such as Rome, Paris, Brussels, London and Dublin. Would trade all this to have you back in the States.
