The countdown is on.......
Get Myspace Christmas Countdown
Lets all go Awwwwwww! Is he not the cutest? Horrible little message though....can you believe that Christmas is just around the corner? 2 months and 2 days to go! Eeeeek!!
What are you making this year for gifts?
I've not really thought about it too much yet. Perhaps some scarves or potholders. The family really does not want anything "homemade" aside from the little ones who think that Aunt Kim is super cool for being able to make things with yarn. My niece Megan has requested Dora clothes as follows: Purple Skirt, Yellow dress, Orange Shorts, Red Shirts, White Shirt, Blue Pants, Green Pants, Purple Pajamas, Pink Bathingsuit.....bright and colorful thats for sure! I talked her into the White shirt as at first she only wanted Red but I said that the Red Shirt would not look good with Orange Shorts which finally convinced her to allow the white shirt too.
I am going to make some ornament type things that the family can always hide at the back of their tree if they really do not like them! =) I fear that I'll turn into my Grandma who passes out tacky beaded ornaments by the handful that we all grin and bear.....last year after she handed us all handfuls at Christmas dinner we all sneaked ours on my Moms Christmas tree.....she found them when she took the tree down and could not possibly think where all 100 extra ornaments came from =)

He IS the cutest, but I could have gone w/out the countdown!
I'm doing easy things for gifts: I have a few ornaments, some misc pot holders, a tote bag or two...
LOVE your niece's idea of Dora clothes! I'd have given her the red shirt!
I want to skip Christmas...of course, I cant' do that. But I don't feel like crocheting decors or gifts, since no one here is a fan of my handmades anyway...and, I don't think my sister in London can come home for Christmas :(
Its cool to be making doll clothes for your niece. Kids are so much fun to make things for!
Tag, you're it! :D
My God, Kim you´re right, the countdown for Christmas starts!
I can´t wait to see Dora´s clothes for your niece!
This year went so (too) fast. It seems yesterday to me that I met you here in BA.
Funny.;-)
