Well, according to Blogthings, here is my answer to that question:
You Should Get a JD (Juris Doctor) |
You're logical, driven, and ruthless. You'd make a mighty fine lawyer. |
Will it be Law School? That is still to be decided. I need to not only find the time, but the money, get accepted etc etc etc. With wanting to buy a house when I go back to the US, going to school also might put too big of a strain on my single income household considering my income is the single income! One day.........

Interesting conundrum! Keep in mind that the average law student leaves school with $80,000 in debt. That means a monthy payment of over $1,000.
(My husband's a lawyer and I work for a bar association where one of our big things is trying to help out new lawyers who find themselves in over their heads. Fun.)
Your home state is Michigan... UM's Law School is quite good! My hubby is a lawyer (class of '04, UM Law) and loves it. You really do need to be logical (I don't know about ruthless, though!) and since you figured out that nightmare logic problem, sounds like you are!
Hmmm...I see a push here towards Michigan!
Oh ugh Jessica! Don't tell me the final cost.....I don't want to know! *grin*
I am fairly good with logic and mind puzzles - I like trying to solve something and find order to it all - lets me use both sides of my brain or something I guess!
Sounds like you're a born lawyer! Though I wouldn't want to go through all that hassle and money. Yikes! Thankfully my work will pay for my grad courses.
What Michigan Law school?? NO WAY it will be Notre Dame School of Law or not at all, especially if you want a great job with the prestige of a Law Degree rom ND. PLUS you know all the finer social clubs. Bottom line long as your paying go for it my Daughter, I know you vill be great at it.
I took this quiz and mine came out as an MFA. Got that. And I will be paying off my student loans until the end of time. At the very least, a law degree will allow you to pay your bills! LOL
Hmmm... It said I should get an MBA! Wow. Thanks for the quiz, and thank you for the Turkey Card! It really did brighten my morning.
